Accessibility statement – TruthWorks

At TheTruthWorks, we believe good experience should be accessible by default. We’re committed to reducing barriers across our website and platform so as many people as possible can use our services, regardless of ability or technology.

We aim to work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at AA level and treat accessibility as an ongoing improvement, not a one-off task.

Scope

This statement applies to:

Current approach

  • Our website and platform are built using standard web technologies
  • Accessibility has been considered during design and development
  • Basic automated accessibility checks have been carried out on key pages and workflows

Known limitations

As a small team and newly launched product, some accessibility issues may remain, including:

  • Potential colour contrast issues
  • Limited testing with assistive technologies (including screen readers)
  • Keyboard navigation or focus issues in some bespoke workflows
  • Accessibility limitations in third-party tools or components
