I work end to end – from shaping the thinking and solution through to activation, rollout and embedding - and I’m particularly strong at the point where ideas need to turn into action. I’ve worked with organisations of all shapes and sizes, across multiple industries, so it’s rare to get a People and Culture challenge that’s new to me.
