I bring over two decades of experience across marketing and HR, integrating both disciplines to take a modern, strategic approach to HR, culture and employee communications. I'm a People and Culture strategist and Agile HR coach with 15+ years leading global teams and programmes through rapid growth and transformation. When SMEs grow, they often invest heavily in product, infrastructure and delivery, but assume people will simply "keep up". I specialise in designing human operating systems that replace chaos with clarity, empowering your team to make necessary decisions without you, ensuring handoffs stick and accelerating revenue velocity.

I work with start-ups and scale-ups when work starts to slow down and performance no longer matches the effort being invested. What often shows up as individual stress, misalignment, or “execution issues” is rarely just a people problem: it’s usually a sign that the way work is organised no longer supports how the organisation actually operates. I focus on how priorities, decision-making, ownership and feedback shape execution and where they create friction, slow progress and limit results.

I’m a highly experienced consultant working on EB and EX projects with a strong research background.
