I am a trainer, speaker and consultant who focuses on the two most overlooked levers of performance: the emotional intelligence of your leaders and the retention of your women. I don’t approach leadership from a traditional HR or L&D background. I approach it as a former global leader who has scaled some of the fastest-growing companies in tech. Having led both global operations and gender equity strategy, I understand the intersection of P&L pressure, operational efficiency and culture.

I help organisations embed workplace inclusion into how they hire, lead and grow. I work with HR leaders and executives to move beyond compliance and build inclusion into systems, decision making and leadership behaviour. Alongside advisory and training, I curate FAIR - the European Workplace Inclusion Conference and design bespoke keynotes for internal and external audiences.

I help organisations define and activate the culture they actually have, not the one they wish they had. Blending strategy with delivery, I work across culture, strategy and brand to connect purpose, values and people experience into one clear, honest story. I work with leadership teams who know something isn’t working, but aren’t yet clear why, helping them create cultures and EVPs that genuinely attract the right people and repel the wrong ones.
